Jenny’s focus is her passion to support women to find a work life balance that allows them to be not only be great mums but also to be fulfilled happy women who are achieving their potential and feel empowered, positive and happy with their lives, alongside her passion for supporting organisations to be great places to work for women.
Jenny’s personal feeling of fulfilment comes when coaching women who are building their future careers and who are taking positive control of their own work life balance, and when working with organisations to create women’s development programmes that will make a difference and have a positive impact on women in the workplace.
Jenny has a strong business background, including corporate commercial experience to Director level as well as several years having worked in a self employed capactiy and first-hand experience of setting up and running her own businesses alongside Emma. She also has strong academic knowledge and having studied the MSc in Organisational Change and Consultancy Programme – Coaching and Mentoring at Sheffield Hallam University Jenny achieved the Masters qualification in Coaching and Mentoring
Jenny brings an inspiring, creative and innovative approach to her coaching and mentoring. Her sessions are non prescriptive and tailored to the specific needs of the client, with relationships founded on being approachable, positively challenging and honest.
As well as offering individual coaching & mentoring Jenny and Emma’s recent and current projects include; a women’s development programme, research piece and mentor training (including some delegates at ILM Level 3*) for South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue, our regular Work Life Discovery Coaching Workshops for women in Sheffield, our ILM Level 5 Certificate & Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring (*in association with Red Vanilla) and a research piece and women’s development programme for Chess Telecom, the UK’s 2nd ‘Best Company to Work For’ in the Sunday Times annual listings.
Jenny balances her work with time with her family and friends, her love of tennis and time walking in the beautiful Peak District.
