We will work with you to define the purpose of the scheme, to be clear about who it’s for and who it will impact on, and critically how it links into the strategic objectives of your organisation – the business case. Alternatively, we can provide a focused bespoke consultancy service around specific elements of your programme including; design, training, matching, communication, monitoring, supervision and evaluation.
We can train your Coaches and Mentors as in house Coaches and Mentors or deliver an ILM accredited training course giving your Coaches and Mentors an internationally recognised qualification.
Or we can provide one to one and team coaching programmes using our Women to Work coaches.
