Do you want to commission a personal development coaching programme specifically for women working in your industry?
You may be part of a women’s network, or work for an organisation that connects with the wider industry and you’d like to explore collaborating with us on a programme.
Or are you looking to book a place or places on a personal development coaching programme for yourself or for women in your organisation or network?

Since we started Women to Work over 12 years ago, we’ve worked with a range of organisations across many different industries, and we’ve also designed and delivered industry specific workshops and programmes that allow women to join from different organisations. The women on these workshops and programmes tell us time and again how valuable it is to connect with other women like them, women working in the same industry who have a shared understanding.
We currently offer the following industry specific personal development coaching programmes for women. These programmes can be booked as an individual or via your organisation – to find out more or to book a place please click on the links.
Women in Fire & Rescue
The Women in the Fire Service UK Women’s Development Programme has been running for over 8 years and is now delivered several times a year online enabling women from across the fire and rescue sector to connect, reflect and focus on their own personal development. The programme aims to help women to: take control of their work and life now and in the future; have their voice heard in a way that’s meaningful to them; reconnect with who they are and all they have to offer; identify and challenge any limiting beliefs that may be holding them back and find strategies to build their personal resilience; value themselves and what they need and want from work and life and engage, connect and build relationships with other women in fire and rescue. A highly interactive, practical and thought-provoking programme that consists of three half-day workshops over three months.
“I really enjoyed connecting with like minded people across the service. It highlighted the importance of making connections, advocating for yourself and leaning on others for support when needed. It was great to hear inspirational stories from all the other amazing women and see the potential for my own career and future.”
