The end of the year is nearly here and what a year – a bit of a rollercoaster for many and we have certainly had our ups and downs this year but one thing is always true for us we absolutely love coaching, we love the work we do and the clients we work with and we get a deep sense of satisfaction when we see the positive impact our coaching can have.

Delivering coaching initiatives for women in both the private and public sector is what we do – workshops, programmes and one to one ….. below are a few examples to demonstrate the work we do …. If this sparks your interest then please get in touch and we can arrange a Zoom call with you to explore the right coaching initiative for you, the women in your organisation or your women’s network ….. and focus on how you can use coaching to have the positive impact that is right for you or your people in 2026.
Fire and Rescue Sector – for 7 years we have been delivering a programme consisting of 3 coaching workshops – we are now running our 20th programme ….. we are passionate about supporting the women we work with to thrive in all they do in work and life. In our clients words:
“Engaging, empowering and energetic. A recipe for success in helping women to be authentic and achieve to their fullest potential”
Energy Industry – since 2018 we have run a variety of workshops and programmes for women working in the energy sector. We believe that coaching can enable the women we work with to feel more confident, resilient and empowered to create the work and life that is right for them. In our clients words:
“Sessions with Women to Work have been absolutely invaluable in supporting our members in their self-development and progression. We always receive overwhelmingly positive feedback following their sessions and I know many people, myself included, continue to use the tools and advice from Emma and Jenny long after the session has ended. Thank you. I look forward to working with you again.”
Universities – as well as having run programmes and workshops across a number of universities we have worked with a range of one to one coaching clients within higher education, this includes clients in senior/exec roles within universities and students studying for the MBA Degree Apprenticeship who are offered an executive coach to support them with personal and leadership development during their time on the programme. In our clients words:
“Working with Women to Work has been transformational. Their personalised approach means that I’ve been able to tailor sessions to whatever topic is most relevant to me at that time. From large strategic challenges to more personal development they have without exception added value. I can’t recommend highly enough.”
As a business with social aims we are proud to have kept our One to One Coaching rate for women who come to us directly the same for over 10 years and we regularly deliver our Work Life Discovery Coaching Workshop free of charge for individual women who want to access coaching and we also now have an option for organisations to pay for their women to attend. In our clients words:
“The workshop has been a catalyst for helping me to decide exactly where I want my future career and life to go. I now have a more definite focus.”
If you think the women in your women’s network or organisation may enjoy and benefit from a coaching initiative that gives them the opportunity to meet and connect with other women, as well as have time to work on their own personal development then please get in touch.
We look forward to hearing from you with any thoughts for 2026.
Kind regards
Emma & Jenny
