How’s your Autumn so far?

Do you see this time as a fresh start, have you got that back to school feeling, are you ready for something new?

This time can often feel like a whole new start, and I (Emma) have been guilty of throwing myself into all of the plans and ideas all at once and finding myself exhausted by the middle of September – perhaps you’ve experienced this too?

But it’s good to plan…and to have a vision…and to dream…and we’re excited to kick off our season of workshops with “Defining Your Work and Life Vision – to be the individual you want to be” where you’ll have the chance to dream, but also to get practical with small actions and steps to move forward as you consider you career and life progression options and pathways!

Even when we have a vision…and goals…and a plan…we can sometimes hold ourselves back from achieving what we dream of, and that negative internal voice can be hard to ignore.
