It looks like the summer might just be here…we are of course saying that in a whisper! We hope you have been enjoying some sunshine so far this month, that feeling of sun on your face even if just for a few moments over a cuppa is one of our highlights at this time of year.
We’ve been reading some fascinating and thought provoking articles over the last few weeks and this one is particularly interesting and insightful…
“Our findings align with a growing consensus among gender scholars: What holds women back at work is not some unique challenge of balancing the demands of work and family but rather a general problem of overwork that prevails in contemporary corporate culture…”

Other personal development Zoom workshops for women…
We’ve been reflecting recently on how our work has transformed since the pandemic – the majority of our workshops, programmes and one to one coaching is now being delivered via Zoom – something we didn’t see coming or expect to enjoy – but it turns out we love it! And we’ve noticed something too … people seem more open somehow, more relaxed, willing to share and consider their whole selves and lives rather than just the version of themselves they bring to work … maybe they feel more comfortable in an online environment especially if they are joining us from home? What’s your view? We’re planning to write a blog on this soon but for now we just wanted to share and celebrate the way our business is evolving, changing and growing and to acknowledge that some good has come from the challenging times so many have and are still experiencing.
Wishing you a joyful June and we hope to see you soon!
