Women to Work One-to-One Coaching Facebook and Twitter Competition Details.

Hi there and thanks for coming to our website to find out about entering our competition. As part of our #thisisforyou campaign to show how coaching and mentoring can help women discover and define their work life vision, we’re delighted to offer a free one-to-one coaching session as a competition prize. Distance is no object because our coaching sessions can be done face-to-face in Sheffield, Derby or Bakewell; via Skype or telephone.

 

Below you’ll find details on our coaching and also how to enter the competition on Facebook and Twitter. So you can enter twice! More chances to win 🙂

 

One-to-One Coaching Session Details – A totally individual experience for you to work on your personal goals.

 

We believe coaching is all about enabling you to be the best you can be, to achieve your potential and to become the ‘you’, you want to be, through supporting you to define and action the goals you want to achieve.

We provide you with a reflective and confidential space to work out what you want to achieve and how to reach your outcomes. We give support, encouragement and, if helpful, challenge and feedback to support our clients to fulfil their aspirations. We share knowledge, skills, tools and experience as appropriate and design our sessions based on the individual client we are working with at the time. It’s all about supporting you to make your aspirations reality.

We work with women who are going through change. This could be change related to work, home, career or family. Women who want to make a positive change to their work life, whether currently looking to return to work, wanting to change their current working situation or are setting up or already running their own business. We support women to make change happen! We work with women to consider their work life balance, help them to plan how to balance the demands of work and a family, and support them to find a work life balance that allows them to be not only be great mums but also to be fulfilled happy women who are achieving their potential and feel empowered, positive and happy with their lives.

How To Enter The Competition

To enter, simply like one of our Coaching Competition posts and comment “Coaching” on it between Monday 2nd November and Saturday 7th November inclusive. Alternatively you can email info@womentowork.co.uk and put “Facebook Coaching Competition” in the subject line. You can find us on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/womentowork

 

The competition will run from Monday 2nd November and closes midnight on Saturday 7th November. The competition will run on twitter also. So you can enter again on twitter at https://twitter.com/womentoworkuk

 

Winners will be chosen at random and announced on Facebook and Twitter on Monday 8th November

 

There may be subsequent competition/s to win further one-to-one coaching sessions.

1. How to Enter

1.1 To enter via facebook, simply like and comment “Coaching” on one of our Coaching Competition posts by midnight Saturday 7th November . Or email info@womentowork.co.uk with “Coaching Competition” in the subject line by midnight Saturday 7th November.

1.2 To enter via twitter, simply retweet one of our Coaching Competition posts and follow @womentoworkuk by midnight Saturday 7th November.

 

2. When to Enter and Who can Enter

2.1. The Competition opens on Monday 2nd November and closes midnight, Saturday 7th November.

2.2. Entrants can enter at any point between these dates.

2.3 The Competition is only open to female UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and agents of Women to Work and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Competition.

2.4 The Competition is not open to people who have previously won a coaching workshop place with us.

 

3. Prizes

3.1. The prize for winning will be a free one-to-one coaching session for one person with Women to Work. The session lasts for one hour and can be done face-to-face in Sheffield, Derby or Bakewell; via Skype or telephone.You can enter on both facebook and twitter. You can only enter once on each platform.

 

3.2. The Prize is as stated and it cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services. Unless specifically agreed in writing by Women to Work, the Prize is not transferable and must be taken by the winner in person.

 

4. Data Protection and Publicity

4.1. You consent to your name and any basic information about you being disclosed on Women to Work’s website and digital channels or other media if you win any Prizes under the Competition.

4.2. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. By entering the Competition, you agree that Women to Work may contact you in relation to the Competition.

4.3. Competition winners will be contacted by Women to Work. You must provide accurate contact details on notification.

4.4. Women to Work reserves the right to use the name of the winners for publicity and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice to the winners. In entering the Competition, all participants consent to such use of their name.

 

5. Competition Rules

5.1. The Competition will be run and the prize will be awarded at Women to Work’s sole discretion.

5.2. Women to Work’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Women to Work’s website and services, and to refuse entry into the Competition.

5.4. We reserve the right to change the Competition rules and these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we do so, we will always have the most up to date terms and conditions on Facebook.

5.5. All intellectual property rights in the images and materials on the Women to Work website and used in the services provided by Women to Work and no person may make any use of them without Women to Work’s express permission.

 

6. Liability and Indemnities

6.1. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, Women to Work and its associated companies and agents and distributors exclude responsibility and all liabilities, whether direct or indirect, arising from:

6.1.1. any postponement or cancellation of the Competition;

6.1.2. any changes to, supply of or use of the Prize; and

6.1.3. any act or default of any supplier, which are beyond Women to Work’s reasonable control.

6.2. Women to Work does not accept responsibility for any liability arising from technical incompatibility, problems relating to the internet, or technical difficulties of any kind.

6.3. Women to Work shall not be liable, whether in tort, contract, misrepresentation or otherwise for loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of use, loss or corruption of data or information, or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses.

6.4. You agree to indemnify Women to Work against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of your agreement with Women to Work.

 

7. Jurisdiction

7.1. The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Term
