Connect and build relationships with other women in the energy industry as well as having time to focus on your own personal development and work and life aspirations.
Enjoy hearing other women’s experiences and stories as we share role model videos from women in the energy industry.
Explore and discuss issues that are specific to the energy industry as well as exploring topics, we know, raise common themes for many women.

Empowering, practical and highly interactive – a series of four coaching workshops covering a range of topics relevant to many women, this personal development coaching programme is an opportunity to connect, talk, listen, reflect and collaborate.
Work on your own personal development and your future work and life aspirations whilst considering how the topics covered impact women in the Tech industry, explore opportunities to develop and embed ways of working that will have a positive impact on your own unique situation as well as on those around you.
